Ahoy Mateys! Calling all Buccaneers to the 14th Annual Tybee Island Pirate Fest October 4-7th, 2018!
It’s a family-friendly event filled with swashbuckling fun, live music, performers, a parade and much more!
Tybee Pirate Fest kicks off with the 2018 Buccaneer Ball hosted at The Crab Shack at 40 Estill Hammock Road on Thursday, October 4th. Purchase advance tickets for $45 per person now through October 1. Prices jump to $50 after the 1st. This event is limited to pirates and wenches 18 years and older. On Friday, October 5th, the festivities kick off at 5PM. Tickets are $12 per person, kids 12 and under are free. Check out the main stage from 6 PM onward and catch the must-see Cannon Firing with Barnacle Bill Bedlam at 7 PM.
Parents of wees ones, bring your crew over to Little Matey’s Cove where they’ll enjoy carnival rides, bounce houses, magic shows, petting zoos and a craft area.
The fun continues on Saturday, October 6th at 10 AM. Tickets are $15 per person, but kids 12 and under receive free admittance. The highlight of the weekend is a must-see for families – The Pirate Victory Parade! The parade steps off at North Beach Parking Lot and heads towards Tybrisa St from 3 to 5 PM. Plenty of loot and treasures for all! Cap off the night with a fireworks and a DJ dance party.
The Pirate Fest wraps up on Sunday, October 7th at 4 PM.
