How do I book my Luxury Living Savannah vacation rental?

You can book online using Luxury Living Savannah's secure reservation system. Reservations are confirmed when processed by reservationists. Guests may also call (912) 999-7200 or email reservations@luxurylivingsavannah.com for booking assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Luxury Living Savannah accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remainder is due within 60 days of the reservation.

What can I expect to find in the home?

Each property includes a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glassware, silverware, and similar items. Towels and bed linens are also provided in each home. Guests should not bring towels to the beach.

Can I access the internet?

Yes, each home has free wireless internet access. Due to Savannah's cable infrastructure, Luxury Living Savannah cannot guarantee internet or cable access at all times, especially during peak tourist seasons.

Is smoking permitted?

All Luxury Living Savannah properties are non-smoking. Smoking in a property will result in a $500 fine.

How old do I have to be to rent one of your properties?

For insurance purposes, all guests must be at least 25 years of age, excluding children accompanied by adults.

Pets are allowed at select properties. Guests should review each property for its specific pet policy.

What is your housekeeping policy?

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition they found it. Guests should leave Luxury Living Savannah's property, premises, and furnishings in their original location in clean and undamaged condition.

Do you have any noise restrictions?

Guests are expected to be courteous to neighbors and other guests. Courtyards, porches, and outdoor areas should not be used after 9 p.m., in accordance with City of Savannah and Tybee Island noise ordinance rules and regulations.

What happens if I forget to leave the keys upon my departure?

Keys must be left in the property and key box upon departure. Failure to leave the two sets of keys will result in a $15 charge per key. Garage door openers not left at the property will result in a $150 charge.

If I have a problem during my stay, how do I contact you?

Guests should call the office at 912-999-7200 or email reservations@luxurylivingsavannah.com. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. For emergencies, guests should dial 911.

Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. (Savannah) or 10:00 a.m. (Tybee) unless other arrangements have been made with Luxury Living Savannah. Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged at a minimum $50/hour based on property rate. If guest would like to arrange for additional time at the property please contact Luxury Living Savannah in advance for any applicable rates.

SMALL properties (1-3 Bedrooms):

60+ days prior to arrival date - 100% refund, LESS a $50 cancellation fee AND the original credit card processing fee.
59 - 0 days prior to arrival date - NO refunds for any reason including but not limited to illness, family death, event cancellation, weather, hurricanes or airline issues.

LARGE properties including: The Wedding Cake Collection, The Washington Square Collection, The Metropolitan, The Ocean View Penthouse, The Tip of Tybee, The Kaleidoscope Full House & The Nautilus:
