Beautiful property unless you have a problem

Very nice location. Our main complaint was a refridgerator that was leaking water. Property manager was rude and unhelpful. Took 2 bath towels to mop it up first night. After that we kept bath towel on top shelf but felt no attempt was made to address the issue during our stay. All communication with her was snarky, so when we figured out what the issue was we did not bother contacting again. Never an apology or suggestion for help. My recommendation is thst it is a nice property with great location, but if you have a problem you are on your own to deal with it. This should not be a premier host.

One issue shelve in kitchen with plates fell breaking a plate. Piece missing that goes in wall of cabinet wasn't in. We found the piece and placed in the spot it was suppose to be at. Also dishwasher had dirty water inside when Igot ready to cut it on our last day before leaving. I don't use a dishwashers I only discovered it when I had to cut it on before leaving. Everything thing else lovely. Thanks.

It's close to the beach access, so the walk to the beach was good. It's also close enough to walk to the strip area. The condo was clean and functional. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator broke one day, but there was someone there fixing it within a few hours. We would stay here again.

The rental management always responds very quickly and it was great to utilize an elevator with so much luggage!

Great location and condo but living room furniture terrible

Nice Accommodations BUT note the Checkout Time

This professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and open living and dining areas.
Take the elevator to the top/3rd floor and let the fun begin in one of Luxury Living Savannah's stellar Ocean View Retreat!
The main living area is very open with 2 sitting areas and the dining room, kitchen all open to each other. Dining table seats 6 with 3 bar stools at bar-height counter. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax!
The Master Bedroom Suite (king bed) has a private balcony with table and chairs for having a quiet cup of coffee while listening to the ocean waves. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for the family. One of the other bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. Perfect for families with kids!
The building is ONE block back from the beach and you can see in our photos the view is down the lane. We are just a few blocks to the Tybee Pier and an easy walk to so many restaurants, coffee shops and retail therapy!

We have all NEW TVs that can stream all the new apps. We do NOT have cable, so please bring your login info for your favorite apps.
NOISE:
This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort, including NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS!
This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am. Tybee Island Police and the neighborhood strictly enforces this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined by the City.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people at all times, including infants & children.
Parking for maximum of 2 vehicles in covered, ground level, garage area. No RVs or trailers allowed.
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.
No pets or smoking.
Cancellations:
If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the credit card processing fee. We use a 3rd party credit card processing company & they do NOT refund these fees to us if a guest cancels.
You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee PLUS the credit card processing fee.
This is regardless of VRBO’s policy.
