"Our family had a wonderful time and loved the condo! The condo and property was clean with easy access to the beach and the pools. Our XL SUV even fit in the garage, though we did have to measure. There is a great view from the top balcony of the beach and we were able to watch the dolphins swim through in the morning! The only minor downfall was there is not a clear view of the ocean as shown in the pictures from the main balcony due to trees and general overgrowth. "Fantastic stay! The pictures look just like the rental. The location cannot be beat! It is so easy to get to the beach; it is very close to the public access as well, so both private and public access are equally easy. Pool and restaurant are also a very quick walk and easily accessible. The views from the balconies are amazing - be sure to catch sunrise from the top floor or even on the beach! I was concerned that the townhome would be narrow and feel cramped, but there was plenty of space for our group. The main floor bathroom and twin room bathroom were slightly smaller than expected, but no issues with use. The garage is a tight turn to access as that part of the parking lot is narrow, but the extra space in the lot for the unit is easy to access if you're worried about getting in and out of the garage. "We had a great relaxing long weekend at Tybee! The unit was as described and was as beautiful as the pictures. Rooms are all good sizes with all that you would need. The kitchen had all the essentials. The kitchen felt crowded with multiple people but was as described in the listing. We loved the easy access to the beach, great views (sunrise is amazing) from the unit and the porches were wonderful! Tybee island was pretty relaxed during the off season. Beautiful beaches, and we had a great time walking them each day! Loved having a garage and fast internet. The manager of the unit was very responsive and helpful. Our gated & private complex has 2 brand new pools, lounge furnishings & renovated the restaurant and it looks GREAT!!
Frequent sightings of dolphins and daily views of enormous container ships heading into the Savannah Shipping Channel make binoculars a must! The rhythmic crashing of waves signal low tide, which is the perfect time for walking or biking on our wide beaches!
You are met with breathtaking ocean view in the open floor plan. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open to the large sliding glass doors that open to the deck and the ocean! The deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and alfresco dining with seating for six.
The townhouse is 3-stories with the garage, main entrance and rear patio on the ground level. Next to the custom, hand-painted mural (painted by a local artist) you will ascend one flight of stairs to the main living floor. Here is an open, spacious plan with living, dining and kitchen all open to the views from our 2nd floor balcony. There is one bedroom on this level with king size bed and full bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Up to the top/3rd floor is the master and 3rd bedroom. The master has a king bed, private balcony views, and en-suite full bathroom. The bathroom has 2 vanities and a large walk-in shower. The bedrooms are separated by a laundry closet with full sized washer/dryer for your use. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
All bedrooms have wall-hung smart TVs that are ready to stream your favorite apps. Bring your passwords! We have free WiFi but no cable.
PARKING INFO:
There is a 2 car garage under the townhouse and private parking for 1 additional car in the parking lot. No other vehicles, trailers or RVs allowed. This is a gated, private complex.
NOTES:
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 6 people, including children/infants, at any/all times.
NOISE: This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort. This is a family oriented community with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.
