The Ocean View Penthouse welcomes you to Tybee Island's South Beach & Pier!
Our spacious & bright 3500 square feet condo encompasses the entire top floor of this Tybee Island South Beach condo and is steps to the beach!
Walk out the door to Tybee's Famous Pier & Pavilion, restaurants, art galleries, shopping and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center.
We open the middle, adjoining door between units 301 and 302 to combine the entire 3rd floor Penthouse. 17th Place Condo has an elevator and staircase for access to our 3rd floor.
The Penthouse features 6 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, 2 with queen beds and the other 2 room have 2 twin beds each. We can accommodate a total of 12 people. Your Oceanview Penthouse has two master bedroom suites. Each master bedroom has a private balcony, en-suite bathroom & smart TV. Balconies have seating for relaxing away from the group.
Total of 4 bathrooms: 2 with walk-in showers, 2 with large tub/shower combinations.
Both units have stackable washer/dryers for your use.
Two living/dining areas with smart TVs for everyone to watch their favorite shows. Two fully equipped kitchens provide space for your family chefs to prepare memorable meals.
Both Primary Bedroom Suites have private balconies with ocean breezes. The front of the condo has 2 balconies that overlook the ocean!
Parking on the ground floor is free for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
Things to Note
MINIMUM AGE TO RESERVE IS 25, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO PARTIES, NO NOISE, NO EVENTS! NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS!! NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the home. FURNITURE: The owners have just gone to great expense to purchase all new furnishings. PLEASE DO NOT EAT on sofas or living room chair & ottoman. NO PETS allowed. MAXIMUM capacity is 12 people (including children/infants) at any given time. QUIET: This property is for discerning guests who are seeking a quiet getaway. Absolutely NO PARTIES or other people allowed on premises above 6 people. Any disruptions will result in immediate eviction. The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 8 am. The Tybee Police and the HOA strictly enforce this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined and/or evicted. BEACH RULE: No SMOKING or GLASS allowed on beach. The dunes are absolutely prohibited from humans. You can be heavily fined for all by The City of Tybee Police.
