"Great property, great location, it was on the 3rd floor (But they have an ELEVATOR!). Balconies were nice, limited views of the ocean but for the price we didn’t pay for that either. Nice functionally laid out 3 bed 2 bath condo. One building back from the ocean front, great quick location to get to the beach without all the street front noise. This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am.
PARKING:
You have 2 free parking spaces on the ground floor under the condo building. No oversized vehicles, RVs or trailers allowed.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people at all times, including infants & children.
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old.
