Oceanview Retreat, 302

"This was a family get away of 4. We loved that we all had our own bedrooms but had a shared living space for family time. I was surprised how well stocked the kitchen was compared to other rental places we have visited so I did over pack some cooking utensils. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. You can see the beach at the far end of the balcony but it was nice beginning able to hear the waves and feel the breeze. The master bedroom does get a little warm but we found a nice big fan in the closet. You can hear your neighbors so just remember that they can hear you as well. We are a quiet family but I can’t say that for everyone. The parking is a tight fit like described so make sure you don’t drive a large truck or SUV. We had two small SUVs that fit perfectly end to end. We enjoyed not having to pay for parking to get to the beach or shops. We have no complaints for this condominium. "We had a great stay! The property is perfectly located near the beach and offered plenty of space for everyone. While we really enjoyed the cleanliness and the layout, there were a few small maintenance items worth noting: the master bedroom fan and light are on a single circuit (making it impossible to run the fan at night without the light). The second bathroom exhaust fan is out of order, and the hallway light switch is a bit finicky. We also had some Wi-Fi connectivity issues with the master bedroom TV, and noticed a tear in the kitchen window screen. Also, give yourself an extra minute for the elevator—it’s a bit slow! Despite these minor quirks, they didn't take away from a lovely vacation."

"Location, Location, Location!!! Walking distance to the beach, food, shopping and the beautiful pier! The apt was on the 3rd floor but that is easy due to stairs or elevator right to your door. The host is quick to respond to questions or concerns. We would definitely book again!"

"The condo was very spacious, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect. Walking distance to pier, shops, and restaurants. The beach was very close. We would definitely like to stay here again someday."
