Unlike large, anonymous platforms that treat properties like inventory, we operate as a boutique, women-owned firm with a deliberately curated portfolio. If a home doesn’t meet our standards for architecture, condition, and guest experience, we simply don’t take it on. Our roots are in historic preservation. The company was founded out of a passion for rescuing and restoring dilapidated historic properties—not just furnishing them for short-term gain. That perspective continues to guide how we renovate, furnish, and maintain every home under our care. We work to extend the life of these properties, not just maximize this year’s bookings.

We also take a high-touch, high-visibility approach to operations. Our team lives locally, knows each property intimately, and oversees everything from guest communication and housekeeping to vendor management and long-term maintenance planning.
