IMPORTANT POLICIES AND THINGS TO KNOW FOR YOUR STAY
Cancellation and Payment Policy
50% of rental amount is due on booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival date. A 3.5% per day interest fee will be charged for all unpaid balances within 60 days prior to arrival date. Once the deposit is charged, the reservation is considered confirmed and the terms of the cancellation policy are binding.
Damages, Security and Rules Violations:
All Guests must sign a “GUEST DAMAGES AND RULES CONTRACT” authorizing Luxury Living Properties to charge their credit card (not a debit card) for the total cost of any and all property damage, excess cleaning required, disrespectful noise to other guests on the property and/or neighbors or any other rules violations outlined in the Guest Damages and Rules Contract if any occurs.
Cancellation Policy: Small Properties
60 Days Prior to Arrival Date:
100% refund minus a $50.00 processing fee.
59 Days Prior or less:
NO REFUND of 100% of the entire reservation fee, not just the 50% deposit.
100% refund if property is rebooked for your cancelled dates minus a $50 processing fee
Cancellation Policy for Large Groups
For groups renting the Washington Square House and/or Wedding Cake Mansion properties.
No Refunds / No Cancellations – NO REFUND of 100% of the entire reservation fee, not just the 50% deposit
- 50% deposit of rental amount is due on booking.
- The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to reserved date.
- 100% of Event Fees are non-refundable.
- 100% refund if property is rebooked for your cancelled dates minus a $50 processing fee per each property of the collection.
Note: this applies to the Main House, Carriage House and Garden Suite if rented by the same group. Not just the Main House.
